We are National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibrating Laboratories (NABL) accredited Proficiency Testing Provider (PTP) in the field of precious metals and alloys – specifically Gold and Silver.

Proficiency Testing programs are statistical quality assurance programs that enable laboratories to evaluate and improve performance and maintain and fulfill mandatory accreditation requirements.

Proficiency Testing provides an opportunity to undertake comparisons and to have an independent appraisal of the laboratory’s data compared to reference values (or other performance criteria) or to the performance of similar laboratories.

The results from such participation provide laboratory managers with either a confirmation that the laboratory’s performance is satisfactory or an alert that investigation of potential problems within the laboratory is required.

This program provides participating laboratories the opportunity to evaluate the accuracy of their assays, using a clear and defined standardized testing procedure.

These programs are designed to provide participating laboratories with a statistical quality assurance tool enabling them to assess their performance in how they conduct a given test or series of tests by comparing their data against the data of other participating laboratories.

You receive test results available only to participating laboratories that will help you:  (a) Monitor strengths and weaknesses of your laboratory’s performance (b) Periodically compare your test results and calculated statistical parameters with other laboratories
